The story of a modern dream

On the edge of the city, where modern architecture meets nature, a home was designed to be a peaceful retreat without compromising on style or innovation. This project reflects the expertise of Bourne\William®, blending functionality and aesthetics to create something truly special. At the heart of the garden is a pool that is more than just a place to swim—it’s an experience. Its smooth water surface flows effortlessly into the surrounding terrace, while a hidden skimmer keeps the water pristine, free from visible technical elements. Designed to complement the home’s clean lines and modern elegance, the pool’s soft greys and blues create a calming, endless sense of space. Every aspect of this home, from its minimalist materials to smart technology integration, was carefully considered. The owners envisioned a place where they could relax, work, and spend time with friends in complete comfort—and Bourne\William® turned that vision into reality. This pool is more than just water—it’s a reflection of the sky, a place where every day feels effortless and every moment is worth savoring. Designed with attention to detail and a deep understanding of modern living, this home is not just a symbol of elegance—it’s proof that technology and design can come together to create something truly extraordinary.
